Amit Das is a dedicated researcher and leader specializing in academic communication, media dynamics, environment, sustainable marketing, and SDGs. He has completed his Bachelor in Business Administration from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. Now he is serving as Head of Media, Communications & Public Affairs at BK School of Research. An alumnus of the Aspire Leaders Program by the Aspire Institute (Harvard University), he combines strong organizational leadership with rigorous analytical expertise to drive impactful research initiatives. His scholarly portfolio includes peer-reviewed publications and paper presentations at international conferences, examining how media, strategic communication, and language influence consumer decision-making and sustainable development. Amit has spearheaded academic wings, led communication initiatives, and contributed as an active research assistant on projects funded by prestigious national bodies. Possessing expertise in qualitative and quantitative software tools including SPSS, SmartPLS, Stata, and NVivo. Driven by a passion for interdisciplinary media and strategic research, he continues to foster academic collaboration, lead developmental programs, and advance evidence-based solutions.

Ratul Saha Roy, a Computer Science and Engineering graduate at Metropolitan University, Bangladesh. Alongside working as a Junior Software Developer at Kode By Kraft, he is currently serving as the Head of Technology & Digital Systems at BK School of Research.

Dyuti Rani is an emerging researcher and youth leader with interdisciplinary research interests in human resource management, climate change, environmental sustainability, mental health, and well-being. Alongside her graduation, she has actively engaged in professional training, workshops, and specialized courses conducted by reputed national and international organizations, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She has also contributed to scholarly research through publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her research emphasizes generating evidence-based insights for contemporary social and organizational challenges. Passionate about interdisciplinary research and knowledge exchange, Dyuti actively contributes to academic collaboration, youth development initiatives, and research-oriented programs. She aspires to advance impactful research and foster innovative, evidence-based approaches that contribute to sustainable human and organizational development.
